OpenSynaps : Application for sleep management, sleep tracking, sleep tracker and sleep enhancement

At night, our brain sorts out the information we have accumulated during the day in the form of memories. It also does a great deal of cleaning up. Sleep problems, also known as sleep disorders, are often linked to traumas or anxieties that come out at night in the form of nightmares. They can also prevent us from falling asleep.
Nightmares are normal dreams that don't end because they're too emotionally intense. This intensity triggers a survival reflex in us, and our brain floods us with adrenaline, a substance that wakes us up in the middle of the night. Far from soothing!
OpenSynaps offers an online hypnosis program to help reduce the traumas and anxieties that can haunt our nights. Best of all, you can customize these hypnosis sessions to suit you. Just like in a hypnotherapist's office, but in your own home. In the long run, these hypnosis sessions will enable you to sleep much better and sleep well.

You'll also find a whole section for analyzing your sleep. You'll be able to analyze your sleeping habits and rhythms. When you sleep the most, the least, which day, ... .
This sleep analysis is divided into 2 distinct parts: A section for tracking your sleep: each day you can enter the number of hours you slept, the number of interruptions (waking up) and the quality of your sleep. You'll be able to see right away whether you have a sleep debt or too much sleep (yes, it can happen).
The other part involves analyzing your dreams. In the morning, you can write down your dreams, which will eventually lead to lucid dreaming - like a movie, but under your control!

You'll also find soothing sounds in the form of relaxing music. White noise can also help you fall asleep. For this, I suggest you try out the ambience generator or binaural sounds.

Finally, you'll also find a 4-hour video workshop on sleep given by Gilbert Dagon, which will help you analyze your relationship with sleep. With simple tips to implement, all your sleep problems can be solved! No more sleep deprivation.

As a little bonus, an AI will also generate sleep reports for you. Sleep reports will show you, for example, whether you sleep better during a full moon or when it's cold. No more nocturnal attacks!

OpenSynaps is truly a complete application that will help you get back to restful sleep. Your quality of sleep will thank you!

Sleep Cycle: Sleep recorder and alarm clock application: record your sleep (Sleep recorder), your snoring and wake up like a flower after a good night's sleep.

Here's my favorite sleep app for waking up like a flower: Sleep Cycle.
Our night is made up of several sleep cycles lasting between 1h and 1h30 . We therefore accumulate between 5 and 8 of these cycles in a single night.
Each sleep cycle is made up of 3 different phases:
- A light sleep phase (10 to 40 minutes)
- A deep sleep phase (between 20 and 40 minutes)
- A REM sleep phase: this is when we dream (between 4 and 10 minutes)
Normally, we wake up naturally at the end of a cycle made up of these 3 phases when our brain thinks it's rested enough. The problem is that with work, study and various events, we can't wake up when our brain thinks it's right... unfortunately.
So we use alarms to wake us up at just the right moment, but often in the middle of a sleep cycle. And then we wake up groggy, tired and just want to go back to sleep! And for half the day, we carry this around with us. Like a ball and chain...
But don't worry, I've got just the sleep-enhancing app for you! Introducing Sleep Cycle, a smart alarm clock that monitors your sleep cycles.
This intelligent alarm clock wakes you up at the right time in the morning. Just before going to sleep, you enter the last time you can wake up, e.g. 7:45. This application will then listen all night to your movements in bed and wake you at the end of a cycle between 7:00 and 7:45.
You may wake up a little earlier, but like a flower, I promise. This will increase the quality of your sleep and also help you sleep better. What's great is that you'll also have the option of having your sleep recorded (Sleep recorder) as well as a sleep tracker (Premium features).
The free version only includes the smart alarm clock. If you snore, you can listen to the sound recordings again!
I suggest you give it a try by downloading here for Android on the Google Play : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.northcube.sleepcycle&hl=en
And here for IOS on the Apple Store or App Store (I never know as they say! ) : https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sleep-cycle-sleep-tracker/id320606217
Maybe there's even an Apple Watch app, check it out.

F.lux / Twilight: Reduce eye fatigue and blue light

We live in a world of screens, that's a fact.
In the mornings and evenings, we're often hooked on to our cell phone or computer, and even more so just before going to bed. Whether we're reading sweet messages, working on an app, watching a TV series or chatting, it all has an impact on our sleep. But the problem is that the blue light from our screens has a stimulating effect, delaying melatonin production.
Melatonin is produced by our bodies at the end of the day to help us feel tired and fall asleep. Blue light prevents this production, making it harder to fall asleep and go to bed. And the next day, you'll be tired because you still didn't get enough sleep.
So should you avoid screens before going to sleep? Yes and no! It's a good idea to cut down, but you can also use an application that will completely cut out the production of blue light by adding a yellow filter to your screen. A bit of Mexico mode!
This sleep-enhancing application can be installed on both computer (f.lux) and smartphone (twilight), and will gradually reduce the blue light on your screen at night.

It's smart, simple to set up and will have a big impact on your sleep and really help you to fall asleep and get to sleep.
I recommend you try this application for better sleep here :
- For Android on Google Play (Twilight) : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.urbandroid.lux
- For computer (F.lux) : https://justgetflux.com/

In conclusion: Which applications help you sleep well?
In conclusion, I'd like to tell you that there isn't just one application to use for a good night's sleep, but several.
It's also important to respect your sleep phases and your sleep rhythm. Implementing certain habits, such as going to bed at the same time every day, can really help you sleep better.
This won't necessarily increase your sleep time, and may even help reduce snoring if you do experience it.
Test all its applications and I really hope that by next night you'll be sleeping a lot better (...):
We spend half our lives in bed, so let's make it the best possible experience!
