Find out how to take care of yourself in 4 easy steps in this article!
First, put yourself first

If you pay attention to the safety instructions on an airplane, you'll have noticed this. In the event of aircraft depressurization, you are asked to put the oxygen mask on yourself before taking care of your children's or your friends'.
The first time you notice this order, you may be shocked. But in reality, it's perfectly normal. If you put other people first before your own safety, you could pass out before you've even managed to look after other people. In that case, you're not only putting other people who rely on you at risk, you're also putting yourself at risk.
If you put the oxygen mask on your face first, you guarantee that you can then put it on the people around you.
In everyday life, you have to put your health first, even if the people around you are the most important. That's the only way you can guarantee that you'll always be there for them.
Give to receive, but not too much either!

So we understand that we can only give what we have. If this is perfectly understood for material things, it is often quite different for immaterial things such as love.
How many people give love only in the unconscious hope of getting more in return?
We should always ask ourselves: "Can I say no easily? If the answer is yes, you'll know that your yes will be a real yes, and not the quest for some kind of compensation.
Treat yourself and take care of yourself

Take care of yourself! I suggest you take at least 30 minutes a day to recharge your batteries.
I propose to challenge you:
Just do two things that will make you feel better. Something just for you and just for you (get a massage, tidy up your home, meditate, make a therapy appointment to deal with a long-standing problem, do some emotional cleansing, take a hot bath, go to the spa, try out the flotation tank, etc.).

And of course, hypnosis for self-care

Hypnosis can be a wonderful tool for this. Do you know the Temple of Aesculapius (above)?
It was a Roman temple dedicated to the god Aesculapius. Aesculapius is a Roman deity taken from the ancient Greek Asclepius, the Greco-Roman god of medicine.
This temple didn't just welcome the faithful to pray to the god Aesculapius. It also welcomed the sick, who came from all over the world in the hope of miraculous cures. They were placed in groups on mats, and "priests" spoke continuously in a monotonous, monotone rhythm. The patients were then plunged into a second state that we would describe today as hypnotic. In this way, liberated from the conscious mind which prevented the subconscious from changing and healing, the sick could "miraculously" regain their health.
Today, we understand that the miracle is not the active agent in this healing process, but the spoken word. The same applies to hypnosis.
