Many of life's events are unpredictable. When these hazards occur, we're off-center, and it's hard to reduce stress. We're no longer in tune with our emotions and expectations. Our soul slowly slips out of our body. We feel out of place and lost, to the point where we lose our connection with our body.
So how can you reconnect and reduce stress?

There are many ways of reconnecting, refocusing and finding your anchorage. Today, I'd like to talk to you about a practical exercise. With this exercise, you'll reconnect with yourself and your environment. You'll also gain in awareness.
Really do it. Experiment with it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You'll notice huge changes. It only takes five minutes.
Our list for reconnecting to your energy
To reconnect with your soul and your environment, and take advantage of the Earth's energy to recharge and regenerate, start by putting yourself at ease:
- Stand with your feet on the ground.
- Spread your legs as wide as your pelvis.
- Close your eyes and feel your feet on the ground. Connect with the ground. Feel every part of your body in contact with the ground.
- Feel your weight and sway slightly back and forth, slowly decreasing the amplitude until you return to an upright, motionless position.
- Do the same thing sideways. Swing slightly from left to right and slowly return to your initial position.
- You've found your center.
- Imagine roots sprouting from your feet. Imagine these roots sinking into the earth's soil. Feel those roots, they're part of you.
- Send your roots deep, very deep, into the earth. Feel them penetrate the soil.
- Then feel these roots develop into dozens of branches and spread out in the soil, everywhere in the soil, invading every available patch.
- Using your roots, tap into the energy in the soil and listen carefully to the sound of this energy as it travels through your roots to reach you.
- Open your eyes gently.
Conclusion

Thanks to the energy captured from Earth, you feel better. You feel good, you've regenerated.
