Welcome to the new OpenSynaps program. This program will have a profound impact on your conscious and subconscious mind.

I'm going to start now. Every time you see this symbol, you'll return to the state you'll feel from now on. All that inner state will automatically reappear in you. As soon as you see this symbol you've chosen instantly, automatically, as soon as you see this symbol again, it will automatically reactivate in you the whole inner state of well-being and change. Within you. Instantly. Perfectly. Pleasantly. Make yourself comfortable and gently let your body relax. You don't have to relax completely right now. You can still move to find the best position for your body.

And I'd simply suggest that you start by rediscovering calm, regular breathing. As if nothing were more important than the absolute regularity of your breathing.

There, just like that. That's right. Now, just hold still. And you're going to let your gaze rest on this gently moving image. You fix your gaze on this image. And you fix your gaze, which becomes calmer and calmer as your breathing becomes deep and minimal. Take the time to get in touch with your breathing. And you may already feel certain muscles relax. Relax. Keep your gaze on the quietly moving image. Turn your attention to the sensations in your body. The legs. The head. The arms. The hands.

And all the sensations you may already be experiencing at your fingertips. Whether it's tingling, pins and needles, numbness or even pulsing, hot or cold sensations. And the first part of you that's not yet doing so continues to relax completely. To no longer really be there or not.

Do you realize that? Maybe this is the beginning. Ah, getting ready to trance. Like a dance. Soft and slow. And you simply watch from the inside as your belly inflates with each inhalation. And deflates with each exhale as your body becomes lighter. Gradually releasing all those tensions. You let yourself be swept away by waves of calm and serenity. You listen to my voice without paying any particular attention and let your gaze wander over this image, this area you've chosen in front of you. And as you stare intently at this increasingly blurred image or area, your eyelids will become heavier and heavier.

Soon they'll be so heavy they'll close. Breathe calmly, quietly. Quietly. As soon as your eyes begin to blur, you'll imagine that your eyelids are heavy. Then let your eyes close. In fact, your eyes are probably starting to blur. You let them blur more and more on this slowly, gently moving image. More and more, passively. Your eyes are getting so cloudy that your eyelids are probably getting heavier. Your vision becomes increasingly blurred. The eyelids are probably becoming heavy, probably very heavy.

Heavier and heavier, heavier and heavier. Your eyes become so clouded that your eyelids want to close. With every breath, your eyelids grow heavier.

Don't try to hold them back. Yes, you let your eyes close and all your facial features relax. And you let the muscles in your forehead relax. And you let the muscles in your forehead relax. And this relaxation spreads to your whole face, which slowly becomes serene. Good. Breathe calmly, quietly. Surrender yourself totally, completely to this beneficial relaxation. Your eyes are now closed, without any tension.

And your body may already be starting to feel increasingly numb. Little by little, as it becomes lighter, it soon feels as if it's floating in the air. And in the air, it's easier for the whole body to relax completely. Then you may already begin to feel a pleasant sensation of desirelessness. And so, the door to this feeling will undoubtedly open. It's so nice to rest. Arms and legs will probably already start to feel heavy. Especially as part of the body becomes lighter. And I wonder which body part goes light first, finally. And that's it. And so the whole body, from the eyelids to the feet, settles a little more into a calm, deep, serene and heavy rest with every breath.

A real rest. And it's very pleasant.

The whole body sleeps with a deep, heavy top, while the mind remains free, free and attentive to the sound of my voice. That voice which is just an echo of your own. That little inner voice that takes you deeper and deeper into yourself. And you can freely choose to obey this little voice that asks your whole body to relax, to rest, to unwind and to surrender to calm, serenity and lightness. Deeper and deeper. Deeper and deeper. While listening to the sounds around you, which each time they appear, plunge you even deeper into yourself. Or absorbing you into the greater whole. And you hear the music, too, as note after note, wave after wave, carries you a little further away. Further and further. And then you let these waves flow through you, become part of you.

Become part of you completely. And you know, when you enter a state of hypnosis, you give way to your creativity. You reconnect to a part of yourself where anything becomes possible. The here can become there or elsewhere. The elsewhere can be here and look like there. And in the end, it's you who decides where it's right for you to be right now. And wherever you are, you'll always be able to hear my voice, its rhythm, its timbre, its color, its very texture. And imagine how sentences made of words and words made of letters come to your eardrums. In reality, between my vocal cords and your eardrums, which serve as decoders, there are only invisible waves that come to take on a relative reality in your brain. And you know, sometimes I like to imagine that somewhere else, there's another planet or another dimension.

A world elsewhere is different, where everything is reversed. Where noises are silences. Where noises are silences and silences are full of meaning. Where sentences and words are inaudible. Where everything is said when the eardrums are at rest.

What would it be like for you if you could walk around for a few minutes? You remain free and attentive. Attentive to everything that's good and useful for you. And only your unconscious knows what's good and useful for you. And you remember not to force yourself to remember anything that your unconscious may keep to itself, in order to create change within you. And if an emotion appears, you observe it as if from the outside, like watching a thunderstorm from your bedroom window. There is no involuntary return to the past.

All this is managed by your unconscious mind. You'll automatically return to the heart of the session for the best benefits. And you can come out of trance on your own if you feel the need. You settle in comfortably. Do you know which part of you will fall asleep last? It's not quite clear when it's a bit confusing, but it's all right. It's all about focusing on my words. The words that form these sentences and these sentences that make up the meaning that you need to understand. So that you can settle into the sleep that will win you over day by day, night by night, better and better. Without having to do anything but concentrate hard on what's being said.

Here or elsewhere. Now or later. Like what's been said before. Without losing a sound. Without losing the slightest sound. The slightest comma that can't always be heard but that you can perceive beyond the sounds. Without what makes sense.

And yet, you now know this very well. So you go even deeper into your inner fort. To perceive all those deep sensations that are taking hold of you more and more. And yet you don't fully feel it. You feel yourself breathing. This also happens when you sleep. You know it well.

That you don't even need to know. For it to happen. And it happens just as it does when you're asleep, when you're free. Not to question the thoughts that sometimes interfere with your natural ability to let go naturally. In your normal state, which is within you. Part of you. Which is naturally a faculty you possess and which can naturally be restored.

Like every time you hear my voice. Which accompanies you. And will accompany you as you regain control of your sleep. Which is settling in again. Naturally. Day after day. From now on. With each breath, you inhale the sleep that enters you. And you breathe out those thoughts that relax and free you. You can let your body relax. And relax.

By still perceiving all the tensions that are still present in this body. Which you can observe.

Like away from you. More distant. Distant. Like a dream. Like in a dream. And in the dream.

Everything is possible. Up can be down. Down can be up.

And upside down. You may already be able to feel this sensation of freedom, which may already be beginning to spread through you, little by little. In your mind, which is becoming lighter.

It's like weightlessness. Do you know how light your mind is? That mind that can find itself so at ease. That it can move in the infinite universes of the field of all possibilities.

How do you do it? In the infinite universes of the field, of all possibilities. How do you make the essential difference between the deep mind and the superficial one that clings to sleep?

You can sleep every night from now on. Every night better and better.

More and more serenely. You clear your mind. You don't need to do anything but let it happen, let your ideas and thoughts float away. You'll fall asleep easily and effortlessly. Light as a feather in the air.

So light on a summer's evening. While the body is heavy, heavy as lead. Heavy and deep like the sleep that begins now. You can let this relaxation take hold of you more and more. And make sure the words don't get mixed up together. Like sometimes when you hear more than sounds. Without being able to grasp the meaning behind the sounds that arrive without any particular attention. But that you hold on to in order not to fall asleep in front of something interesting. Without it really being interesting. So you let your body do what it does best.

You can control what you have to control. Each in his own specific role.

Pleasant and reassuring. Slow and steady. Like a breath that carries the body along. All it has to do is produce what it knows how to produce. For optimum recovery. To regain your full energy.

When it's done. And the right time. That moment when you're no less deeply in that deep state of recovery. Where your batteries are recharged by the release of your thoughts. Those thoughts that are getting further and further away.

More and more. Leaving. And that you can watch being blown away by a mysterious wind. I believe to be that of freedom.

You free yourself. You fall asleep. Easily. Pleasantly. A heavy, restful sleep. Every night of sleep.

Night after night. As naturally as the seasons. The rhythm of days and nights. The rhythm your body already contains.

You look good. Better and better. Wonderfully good. When I was a teenager, I had a friend who was a confirmed bachelor. When some of us were talking about building a family, getting married and having children, he didn't want to do it at all and especially not.

He was a confirmed bachelor. And he seemed happy with this desire, with this choice. The last thing we needed to do was talk to him about children and marriage. My friends and I laughed about it. But in the end, he convinced us that things would never change. And as we realized that he was perfectly happy with it, so were we for him. And then, as you know, life goes by and calls us to different adventures.

And we all drifted away, caught up in our activities, our passions, our aspirations. And then there's a time when our memories are counted in decades, then twenties and thirties. Which certainly doesn't make us any younger. Then one day, as I was leaving a supermarket where my family and I had just done our shopping, I came face to face with him. He certainly had the weight of the years stamped on his face, and I must have had it stamped on mine too. And yet, we recognized each other.

Except that my brain made a big bug. There was something preventing me from being convinced that it was him. In fact, it was four things standing next to him. There was a beautiful wife and three children, all in regular Dalton-sized succession.

How was this possible? No, it wasn't possible. So was it really him? Yet, recognizing myself, I could logically have no doubt. But something inside me refused to. How could it be that he, twenty-five years earlier, this resolute bachelor, could have changed like this?

On closer inspection, yes, it was him. The beautiful woman was the woman he was married to, and the three beautiful children were his. Just goes to show, anything's possible.

Everything can change. You can slowly feel yourself getting better and better. Better and better.

Better and better. You can make the most of this state of well-being. This state of well-being. You breathe calmly. Calmly. And you feel more and more relaxed. Calm. And light. And relaxed. Relaxed. And as you wake up, relaxed.

And while you're enjoying every moment, your whole body can recharge and enjoy it to the full, for your own well-being. You feel good. Softly good. And every time you hear these sounds, you'll instantly return to this state of well-being, without needing to do anything. Every time you hear these gentle, soothing sounds, you'll return to the state you're in now. Automatically. Every time you rock to that particular sound, you'll find yourself back in that state. And in a moment, you'll take two or three deep breaths before returning to the here and now.

First slowly, then more rapidly. And all this will become a reality in your life. You breathe freely at last and hear my voice counting down from seven to zero. And at zero, you'll let your eyes open to the future. A future of well-being, a future of lightness, a happy future, a future of self-confidence, calm and serenity. At zero, you'll let your mind light up on your new life.

A life of harmony, a life of balance, a life of lightness. At zero, you'll have begun your new life. Seven. In complete relaxation, you let your mind light up. Now you'll slowly take back possession of this moment. You will now slowly regain possession of all your already improved physical and mental abilities. Six. Success lifts you higher than all those clouds scattering across your increasingly blue sky. You feel this wonderful peace, this lightness that's already overtaking you.

All your muscles and nerves relax gently. Five. You finally trust your instincts. Your sky is becoming as sunny as your mind. And doubts and fears disperse with the clouds behind you.

They're getting further and further away. Four. You come back here unhurriedly, breathing calmly. And you're already feeling increasingly calm and relaxed, determined and motivated. You are slowly regaining your amplified lucidity as your mind clears. Each breath already brings you new energy. Three. You're on your way. Your breathing becomes calmer and easier. And your heart beats calmly, steadily, pumping purified blood through your bronchial tubes. And your blood circulates more and more freely in your body, eliminating these impurities.

This blood that irrigates your head to illuminate your mind. Two. You are now feeling better and better. You're slowly regaining awareness of your whole body. And to make your mind aware of your new faculties, your new capacities, you become aware of your body. And to do this, you move your fingers, your hands, your feet now. One. You feel good. You can even stretch if you feel the need. You stretch and breathe deeply. Zero. Whenever you want, you open the curtains and enjoy this beautiful evening or day.

Never feel alone again
