All personal data will be treated as confidential and anonymous. OpenSynaps will under NO CIRCUMSTANCES pass on personal data to third parties.

Communication security

All communications between services and OpenSynaps servers are encrypted (HTTPS).

Data security

Data and data access are secured in accordance with the latest security standards, and require specific privileges for access.

Collected data

The personal data collected on Opensynaps are the following:

• Connection data (e.g. IP addresses, logs, terminal identifiers, connection identifiers, timestamp information, etc.)
• Information relating to use of the site and our applications: number of sessions completed, time spent, pages consulted, purchases;

Data collection mode

This data is collected when the user performs one of the following operations on the website:

• Register on our application
• Website and application navigation
• Purchase of a good/service on the website;
• Follow-up to a therapeutic session

Purpose of personal data processing

Data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

Personalizing therapies and improving our services.

Deleting personal data

To delete all your personal data, simply delete your account in the Opensynaps application under the Settings tab. Upon deletion of your user account, all linked personal data is permanently deleted (therapeutic programs, logbook, etc.). Public data such as comments are kept and attached to an anonymous profile. After deletion, it is not possible to recover an account.

Data hosting

All OpenSynaps data is hosted in Switzerland and subject to Swiss data protection legislation. Data is hosted in a TIER-3 datacenter in the canton of Vaud - Switzerland, managed by Infomaniak SA.
