Deleting personal data

To delete all your personal data, simply delete your account in the Opensynaps application under the Settings tab. Upon deletion of your user account, all linked personal data is permanently deleted (therapeutic programs, logbook, etc.). Public data such as comments are kept and attached to an anonymous profile. After deletion, it is not possible to recover an account.

Data hosting

All OpenSynaps data is hosted in Switzerland and subject to Swiss data protection legislation. Data is hosted in a TIER-3 datacenter in the canton of Vaud - Switzerland, managed by Infomaniak SA.
