Warranty

Physical products sold by OpenSynaps are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Results

The methods used by OpenSynaps are inspired by classic treatment methods and have been developed in direct collaboration with specialists. However, in view of interpersonal variability (in terms of frequency of use, pre-existing conditions and other factors), it is not possible to guarantee a priori the efficacy of a treatment.

Copyright

The OpenSynaps brand, resources and logos are subject to copyright. The unique OpenSynaps method combining hypnosis, self-hypnosis, operant conditioning, subliminal, sonotherapy, art therapy and breathing is also subject to copyright and belongs to OpenSynaps.

Liability

The use of OpenSynaps products and services is the responsibility of the user. In the event of severe discomfort, Opensynaps is not suitable, and we advise you to see your GP. Opensynaps is not a substitute for medical diagnosis.

Price

Prices for OpenSynaps services are quoted in US dollars, Euros or CHF, including VAT. Prices may vary according to exchange rates and taxes issued by the company responsible for the means of payment (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).

OpenSynaps reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Availability

Upon receipt of payment, OpenSynaps undertakes to provide full and immediate access to its various services. However, in the event of infrastructure or update problems, services may be temporarily unavailable.

Cancellation / Refund

Subscriptions can be refunded on a pro rata basis within the first 30 days.

Right of return

In principle, there is no right of return or retraction on purchases from the OpenSynaps online store, as these are for intimate or consumable use.

Support / Help

OpenSynaps undertakes to provide written support in the event of a problem.

Change

OpenSynaps reserves the right to make changes to this contract at any time.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law, any dispute will be handled by the Tribunal d'arrondissement du canton de Vaud in Lausanne, Switzerland.
