Benefits of cardiac coherence

Visit cardiac coherence is a technique that makes it easy to achieve physical, emotional and mental harmony. This is achieved by slowing down the heart rate through breathing. This technique has numerous benefits for physical, emotional and mental health, and can even reduce blood pressure and depression.

Our heart rate, our heartbeats, are controlled by our autonomic nervous system. There's a strong two-way link between our heart and our brain.

The synchronization of this heart-brain pattern is a physiological balance known as cardiac coherence. Our heartbeats are therefore in coherence with our brain, and what noe live : Stress increases heart rate, while deep relaxation has the opposite effect.

The method uses breathing to control heart rate and is summed up by the number " 365 " : 3 times a day, 6 breaths per minute for 5 minutes. This method provides simple, effective management of emotions and stress by reducing heart rate and controlling breathing.

This method has an immediate relaxing effect through heart-brain synchronization, and long-term effects on our physiology, notably by lowering cortisol ("stress hormone"). This hormone is secreted by our brain.

This practice is not dangerous and has no impact on the heart, as it is based solely on breath control.
